The public discussion on Abercrombie and Fitch's Instagram page is quite minimal with the amount of comments on a post usually ranging between 20 and 40 comments with the odd post reaching a few hundred.

The subjects of the comments seem to be quite balanced between negative and positive with some consisting of praise towards the brand by stating heart "emojis" and positive adjectives such as "cool". 

A few comments however do feature problems such as customers having customer service issues, but A&F are seen to answer each customer with a way of trying to solve their problem.

There also appears to be incidents where Abercrombie and Fitch have wrongly advertised the price of their items, for example at the time of writing their most recent Instagram post features this and within an hour of posting followers have picked up on the mistake.

The Hoodie is advertised as $27.20 on Instagram but is priced at $64 on the A&F website.

Reddit:

The discussion on Reddit seems to consist of people remembering Abercrombie and Fitch and Hollister and talking about their memories of it when it was at its peak popularity. People often talk down of the company, highlighting the disliked store experience and the niche market they targeted.
