Executive Summary:
A good start to the report. It provides a snap shot that states the purpose of the work the methods used for your research, briefly touches on the main findings and conclusions reached although the recommendations for future actions could be improved.
Introduction to the Brand:
Introduction is good and provides a god level of detail. It would be good to move paragraph 3 to your abstract. Remember that introductions should: state what the report is about; what question are you trying to answer; describe your starting point and the background to the subject. Paragraph 4 should go into your recommendations or conclusions. Please also reference your findings.
Macro-Economic Analysis:
Some very good PESTLE factors identified in this sector. Please reference your findings especially where you use statistical data. More critique as well would be welcome. Here, you could justify your views in terms of the evidence from the past and the likely impact in the future of any particular influence.
Brand Market Position:
Good start made to your SWOT, highlighting some of the brands threats and weaknesses. Please make it more discursive than bullet points or; you could pick two important points from each element and provide succinct details. Also, provide evidence to support your statements.
Competitors:
Marketing mix is all-encompassing with some good detail for each mix. Could use an extended marketing mix be more suitable since they provide both products and services plus online?
Consumer Demographic:
Limited consumer research at present. You could briefly explain their segmentation strategy for the market.
Referencing:
Reference throughout your document to provide evidence of the research sources used. Please use the Harvard reference style guide. It would also be good to add diagrams/visuals to make it more impactful.
Other:
Adding diagrams could improve the report aesthetically. If possible, format/fully justify the margins.
