Proposed Brand Market Position and Competitors Moodboard


For my proposed brand market position and competitors mood board I focused on reimagining Abercrombie and Fitch into more of a home ware and lifestyle brand. They already sell a few home ware and lifestyle products such as perfumes, candles and blankets and features lifestyle type posts on their social media outlets. I think they could keep their more premium prices and compete with other homeware brands such as Anthropologie. By reducing the clothing side of Abercrombie and Fitch I think they should focus more on Hollister and expand the target age range to include both Hollister's 18 to 22 years olds and A&F's 21 to 24 year olds to keep the clothing under one brand name. I also think Abercrombie and Fitch should get rid of their old style logo and keep the full name logo as they don't need multiple and the fully typed out logo looks simpler and better.
